On Saturday 8 July, a new edition of Diep Open Air took place in Eeklo. Diep returned to where it all started, the Heldenpark. This green oasis was completely transformed into an amazing festival with two stages, a VIP tent and numerous fun activities such as a gigantic splash pool.

Humor and spontaneity are still the ingredients of this party concept. But of course there was also no lack of quality beats. The international lineup featured artists such as Miss Melara and Rafael Cerato.
Reach For More was called in by the organization to coordinate the entire event. We guided the client from pre-production to evaluation, keeping a close eye on the budget.

After drawing up the production plans, we called in the right suppliers to create a beautiful festival setup. In terms of Food & Beverages, we determined the menus, assisted in concluding the best partnerships and took care of the productional development of bars and food stands. The organization could also count on our advice for the crew planning and the financial management of the event.
