As part of our growth, we are looking for a top-notch SENIOR EVENT PRODUCER with a solid know-how in EVENT PRODUCTION.
WHAT YOU DO
As a SENIOR EVENT PRODUCER, you will be responsible for:
- contacting our clients, a motley crew of creative event agencies, governments, festival organisations ...
- translating creative ideas or technical issues into feasible and flawless productions, within budget and above expectations
- organising and coordinating a project from A to Z, from technical plans and permit procedures to evaluation
- managing internal staff and leading production teams
- monitoring project administration
- reporting results
WHO YOU ARE
- 5 to 10 years of working experience
- know-how in event production and extensive technical knowledge
- project strong and the ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously
- a professional and detail-oriented focus, with strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- necessary language skills. We expect you to be able to speak fluently in Dutch, English and French to our customers, partners and employees
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the necessary dose of assertiveness and tactfulness
- situational leadership skills in which you can act both as a manager, coach and leader
- sense for continuous improvement in which you actively seek feedback and challenge your team and colleagues to bring out the best in each other
