In the run-up to technology and innovation festival Supernova, we gathered an impressive group of Flemish entrepreneurs for a unique opening event: An Evening with Oprah Winfrey. An evening full of inspiration, energy and exceptional guest speakers - with 3-time Olympic champion Nafi Thiam as opener and the most famous TV host in the world: Oprah Winfrey as guest of honour.

to execution
Our mission? To create a memorable overall experience, in a short preparation time. From strategy to execution, we took charge of the entire process.
We transformed the Studio 100 Theatre into an atmospheric Supernova setting with the right branding & visuals. Our team was responsible for the entire project, budget and production management and on-site event coordination.
With a guest of international stature, additional expectations naturally came into play: adapted security measures, a tight script and flawless timing - all prepared and executed to perfection.
From arrival
to departure
A crucial part of this evening was the mobility plan. With 1,500 cars heading to one location, there was a clear task on the table: guarantee a smooth and carefree arrival for every visitor. We designed a smart plan with clear signage, parking coordination and shuttle services right to the door of the theatre
Once they arrived, visitors were welcomed with a stylish champagne reception, after which they could enjoy the inspiring talks with both speakers. The evening was rounded off with a sophisticated walking dinner, after which the shuttles brought everyone safely back to their cars.
From arrival to departure: an evening that made perfect sense. And an experience that will linger long after.
