The Ghent Light Festival is a free triennial event where the city is illuminated with the work of national and international light artists. Ingenious installations, spectacular performances and numerous light elements create an enchanting spectacle. Visitors get the chance to discover historical places and monuments in a different way. The Ghent light plan, which has won international awards, shows the hidden charm of Ghent after sunset.

The light festival is organised by the City of Ghent. In 2021, as a production partner, we provided logistical support during the construction and dismantling of the installations and helped coordinate the volunteers during the four-day event.

In 2024, the city could count on us again. This time for the organization of a series of B2B events in the city hall, the coordination of the staff catering and the construction and dismantling of the decor around the statue of Jacob van Artevelde.
